The Barbasol Championship is a professional golf tournament taking place in Kentucky on the PGA tour. It originally debuted in 2015 as an alternate event to The Open Championship in Britain.
The PGA Tour returns to Kentucky at the Keene Trace Golf Club. The tournament will attract over 20,000 attendees and debuted on the Golf Channel with more than 4.7 million viewers.

The Barbasol Championship is not just about golf, they also have a charitable arm known as Caddie127, which supports Kentucky philanthropic organizations that benefit and empower women and children. Caddie127 has named All God’s Children, Kentucky Children’s Hospital (UK Healthcare), the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Refuge for Women, Sunrise Children’s Services, and the Woodhill Community Center as their 2021 charitable partners. Throughout the week of July 12-18, events for all ages will be taking place. Events include a Youth Golf Clinic, Par 3 Shootout, Military & First Responders Appreciation Day, Alumni Day for surrounding colleges and universities, and will conclude with three full days of the Barbasol Golf Championship.
